The project was delivered in line with agreed timelines, resulting in a functional, future-ready office environment that supports both productivity and growth.
Office Design Process Cygnet Textkimp
The design phase was a collaborative journey with Cygnet, centred on shaping a workspace that truly worked for both the business and its people. Every decision was guided by how the space would be used day to day, while remaining firmly grounded in clear budget parameters.
Through multiple design iterations, ideas were refined, tested, and evolved, gradually revealing the sweet spot where functionality, employee experience, and commercial reality aligned. This thoughtful process allowed the space to take shape organically, resulting in a workplace that feels purposeful, balanced, and perfectly attuned to Cygnet’s operational and financial needs.

Daily on-site oversight was provided by our dedicated Site Manager, maintaining consistent quality control and clear communication throughout the build.
Full health and safety compliance was upheld at all times, supported by comprehensive RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements).
