about culturebox

Established by a collective of individuals with over 50 yrs of experience, with the aim of becoming a leading Design & Build business. Culture box is led by Andy Foot who has personally been part of the office refurbishment and fit-out sector for 35 years.

It is our mission to support the development and growth of our clients by delivering award winning projects, on time and on budget. We spend our working lives talking about how to support organisations, which always evolves into a conversation about Culture and Values.

What is it that makes a business?

It is the Culture realised through its values. How to constantly improve on what the organisation does for its clients and staff to ensure a high quality solution is provided through any potential D&B project. This winning approach has resulted in the team being responsible for multiple awards and awards nominations over throughout their careers.

about culturebox’s Andy Foot

Andy Foot has been involved with the commercial design and build of space for over 36 years. His working career started in the Engineering and transitioned into designing and delivering new out-of-town retail shops for Currys in the mid-80s which set his career path in the office design and build industry, delivering 100’s of office design and build projects over a 35+ year career.

Why does Andy have a passion for office design and build?

“What truly captivates me in this field is not merely constructing walls or desks, but rather collaborating with businesses to comprehend how best to provide solutions for various scenarios, whether driven by external factors like lease events or global pandemics altering our work dynamics, or more anticipated situations like business expansion or acquisition. Undoubtedly, businesses continually seek to enhance their value proposition by optimizing their two major assets – their personnel and physical spaces.

My focus lies in engaging with CEOs and business owners to grasp and address their business requirements, consistently circling back to the core question: What defines your business culture? What is its raison d’être?

Undoubtedly, processes steer a business, but it’s the people who drive those processes.”

The true triumphs emerge when we forge partnerships with organisations to enhance both business performance and the well-being of their personnel.
